About Me: my name is Ju and I am the sole instructor for Ju's Mandarin Chinese Class. I am a native Mandarin speaker and have worked in two American private K-8 schools as a full-time teacher for 6 years before becoming a tutorial freelancer in 2010. My programs are equivalent to the ones in university and K-12 schools. My teaching is student-centered and performance-oriented. 

Main teaching experience: 

*Mandarin Teacher at Chinese American International School (San Francisco, CA, USA): 3rd-grade homeroom teacher and teaching assistant for 3rd, 4th and 5th Grades

*Teaching Assistant at Norwood School (Bethesda, MD, USA): 2-year teacher training for various subjects through K-8th Grade such as math and social studies and launched a Mandarin after-school program

*Freelance Mandarin Instructor for children and adults since 2010 in London, San Francisco, Singapore and New York.

About My Lessons: 

*One free trial lesson is currently available to new students: currently recruiting new students (12 years old and above) as I am back to work after a 5-year maternal break. 

*Effective, personalized and structured programs that produce tangible results. I've organized result-driven materials based on my teaching experience of more than 20 years.

*Tuition is paid lesson by lesson: lessons can be discontinued at anytime
